A few days fully devoted to sketching, colour, and connection - all under one roof. The Sketchhouse Retreat is an immersive experience set high above Lake Lucerne, where creativity fills each hour and inspiration never quite sleeps.

Our house isn’t a boutique hotel. It’s a spacious artist’s home - comfortable, welcoming, and designed for living and creating together. Each participant enjoys enough privacy, yet the shared rhythm of the house naturally sparks conversation, learning, and collaboration. The large garden opens to a panoramic view over the Urnersee and the surrounding mountains, with countless places to paint in the shade, under the trees, or among the flowers.

Days flow with purpose - from quiet morning sketches in the garden to vivid, late-night drawing sessions around the table. We’ll also take our sketchbooks outdoors, exploring the magnificent surroundings and capturing the light, textures, and atmosphere of the Swiss Alps.
