Terms of service

1. Travel bookings

We recommend booking flights or long-distance travel only after final confirmation of the retreat. Confirmation will be given once the minimum number of participants is reached (by 15th February 2026, or earlier if 10 participants have registered).

2. Minimum participation

If the minimum number of participants is not reached by 15th February 2026, the retreat will be cancelled and all payments already made will be fully refunded.

3. Duration of the retreat

The retreat begins with arrival at the Landhaus Axenfels in Morschach and ends upon departure from the house on Sunday morning. Transfers to and from the venue are included in the retreat fee. Please ensure your travel insurance covers your journey.

4. Dietary requirements

We can accommodate vegetarian diets. However, we cannot accommodate vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free or egg-free diets, nor special meal requests based on severe intolerances or allergies.

5. Group size

The retreat is limited to a maximum of 13 participants. Only registered participants can attend the workshop; spouses, partners, or friends not taking part in the course cannot be accommodated.

6. Materials

Each participant is responsible for bringing their own art materials. A materials list will be provided approximately two months before the retreat.

7. Accessibility

This program includes physical activities such as walking and hiking. Participants should be able to walk comfortably for approximately 3 hours.

8. Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made before 31st January 2026 will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of CHF 80.

  • After this date, no refunds are possible unless a replacement participant can be found.

9. Registration & payment

Your place in the retreat is secured once both the registration form and the initial deposit have been received. Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal, in Swiss Francs (CHF). Additional costs may apply if special accommodation arrangements are requested.

10. Liability & insurance

Participation in the retreat is at your own risk. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the event or while travelling to and from the venue. Participants are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel and health insurance (including cancellation coverage) to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
